Things went very well right from the start. They phoned when they were en route what time they would arrive and once they did it took them a very short time to assess the job and they went to work. We were amazed at how fast and methodical the men worked explaining along the way how the work would progress and were happy to answer any questions we had and to address one small change that had to be made. After the job was done they did make a great effort to clean the area and asked us to do a walkthrough to make sure everything was done correctly or if there was anything more that could be done. We are extremely pleased with the work they did and would recommend American Waterworks to anyone with basement water problems.
