Before the install, Michel, our sales rep, came in and explained the entire process in great detail. The install team was on-time and very professional. We just received our test results and we are at less than a 0.7 pCi/L from a 9.7! You will likely find a company willing to do this job for a little less but you get what you pay for with American Waterworks!
