Wet Basement Restored in Rochester, MN

Challenge

Wendy Z. in Rochester, MN was suffering from water leaking into her basement. The water had caused damaged to her belongings and it had made the basement a dirty, unhealthy space. Each time she experienced a heavy rainfall, she would have to deal with the frustration of having a wet basement. She wanted to find a way to fix her wet basement to ensure this would not happen again, so she started to research local waterproofing contractors.

Solution

We were able to sucessfully waterproof her basement by installing our WaterGuard drainage system and connecting it to a TripleSafe sump pump. Then we installed our CleanSpace vapor barrier system along the basement walls to protect her basement from moisture and potential mold growth. Lastly, we installed a RockWell Egress window to make sure water would not seep through her basement window. With the combination of these waterproofing products, Wendy's basement is now a dry, clean space.
