Water Leaking into Basement in Cambridge, MN

Challenge

Susan N. in Cambridge, MN had water leaking into her unfished basement. She wanted to finish the basement at some point, so she knew she needed to solve her water problem before taking that step, otherwise she would run the risk of incurring a lot of damage to her home. She had look into temporary solutions but decided it was in her best interest to contact American Waterworks to learn about a permanent solution. 

Solution

We successfully waterproofed Susan's basement by installing a full perimeter of our WaterGuard drainage system, lateral feed lines and a TripleSafe sump pump, which is our most reliable sump pump system. Water leaking into the basement is now guided through the drainage system to the sump pump, and then the water is expelled from the home through the discharge line. Susan is glad she chose a reliable long-term solution to keep her basement dry and protect her home.
