Water Leaking into Basement in Oelwein, IA

Challenge

Kris R. in Oelwein, IA was suffering from a wet basement. Water had been seeping up through her floor and was causing damage to her home. The water had also created a musty smell throughout her home and she was concerned that her air quality was being impacted. 

Solution

We were able to solve her wet basement problems by installing our WaterGuard drainage system around the perimeter of her basement floor and tying it into her sump pump so that the water can properly drain. Water is now properly guided through the drainage system to the sump pump, and from there the water is discharged from the home. Her basement is now a dry, healthier space.
