Wet Basement Transformed to a Dry and Livable Space in Nora Springs, IA

Challenge

Brian P. of Nora Springs, IA was suffering from a wet basement. He was frustrated that he was left with a mess in his basement after each heavy rainfall, so he decided to contact American Waterworks to learn more about our waterproofing system and receive a FREE estimate.

Solution

Based on Pete Wangen's design, we installed a full perimeter of our WaterGuard drainage system, a TripleSafe sump pump and our CleanSpace vapor barrier along the basement walls. These waterproofing products work together to create a dry and comfortable environment in Brian's basement. His peace of mind has been restored and he is confident that his basement will remain a dry space.
