Water Damaged Basement Restored in Kellogg, MN

Challenge

Kelly S. in Kellogg, MN had a corner of her basement where water was leaking in. The water had created a dirty and unhealthy space, so she decided to call American Waterworks to receive a free waterproofing estimate. One of our Design Specialists, Jeremy Radtke, went to her home to inspect her basement and design a solution. Jeremy recommended having WaterGuard, ZenWall and a SuperSump sump pump installed.

Solution

Our production team installed our WaterGuard drainage system under the concrete floor in the corner of the basement and connected it to the SuperSump sump pump. Then, they installed our ZenWall wall panels to insulate the walls and keep moisture out. Water now properly drains through the WaterGuard, into the sump pump, and it is then expelled from the home through the discharge line that we buried in the yard. Kelly is so pleased with how her system is working and has been enjoying a dry, healthier basement ever since her installation.
