Finished Basement in Clarkfield Gets Waterproofed

Challenge

Marshall D. in Clarkfield, MN had a partially finished basement with an old sump pump. During heavy rains and snow melt, he would have water seepage up through the floors and along the brick walls. He did his research and was happy to learn that American Waterworks has been the leading contractor in basement waterproofing in the region for nearly 30 years! We sent a Design Specialist to his home to evaluate his situation and provide a unique solution to fit his needs. Marshall approved of the plan and moved forward with an installation date.

Solution

Our Foreman, Arturo Mares, and his crew installed 120 feet of our WaterGuard drainage system along the perimeter of the basement and our recommended TripleSafe sump pump. Water seeping into the basement is now guided through the WaterGuard and feed line, to the sump pump. From there, the water is pumped through the discharge line and expelled from the home. Our waterproofing system is protected by a lifetime warranty, so Marshall can rest easy knowing that his basement will remain dry!
