Challenge

Mike L. in Brownsdale, MN had water seeping in from the foundation wall-floor seam. He contacted American Waterworks, and our Design Specialist, met with him to propose a unique solution to fit the needs of his home.

Solution

Our production crew successfully waterproofed Mike’s basement by installing our WaterGuard drainage system and our recommended TripleSafe Sump Pump. They finished the project with installing our CleanSpace wall vapor barrier to give the basement a clean, finished look. Mike can now enjoy a dry, healthy basement space!
