Waterproofing in Mason City, IA

Challenge

Connie K. in Mason City, IA recently obtained a new property, but was concerned about the water leaking through the basement walls. It had started to cause damage and was creating a musty, unhealthy space. She saw our commercial on TV and decided to give us a call. We sent one of our Design Specialists, Dylan Woitas, to meet with her and evaluate the situation. Dylan designed a thorough plan and assured Connie that our waterproofing system would provide a permanent solution.

Solution

Our Foreman, Jesus Covarrubias, and his production crew were able to successfully waterproof Connie’s basement by first removing the concrete around the inside perimeter of the basement and installing our WaterGuard drainage system. Then, they installed our SuperSump sump pump in the corner, filled the gaps with rock, and replaced the concrete. Water is now guided through the WaterGuard, to the SuperSump, and is quietly and efficiently discharged from the home. Connie was pleased with the project, and glad she can enjoy a dry, healthy basement!
