Basement Waterproofing in Rollingstone, MN

Challenge

Phill A. in Rollingstone, MN contacted American Waterworks because he was tired of dealing with water seeping into his basement after heavy rains and snow melt. It was starting to cause damage to his property and was creating a musty smell. We sent one of our Design Specialists, Dustin Loftus, to his home to meet with him and design a custom waterproofing system for his home.

Solution

Our Foreman, Cory Sather, and his production crew got to work and began the project by removing the concrete around the perimeter of the basement and laying 81 feet of our WaterGuard drainage system. Next, they installed our recommended TripleSafe sump pump in the corner and our CleanSpace vapor barrier along the walls to further protect the space from moisture and mold. They filled back the gaps with rock and replaced the concrete. Lastly, the crew completed the job with the installation of our SaniDry dehumidifier system to take care of any humidity. Phill is pleased with the results, and happy he can now enjoy a dry basement!
