Basement Waterproofing in Corwith, IA

Challenge

Cassie A. in Corwith, IA contacted American Waterworks because she had water leaking into her basement through small cracks in the floor and foundation. She actually had two older sump pumps, but they were unable to keep up after heavy rains resulting in standing water and many headaches for Cassie. We sent one of our Design Specialists, Rick Weber, to meet with Cassie, evaluate the situation, and develop a thorough plan for her home.

Solution

Our Foreman, Cole Brinkman, and his production crew got to work and installed 155 feet of our WaterGuard drainage system along the perimeter of the basement and feed lines through the middle of the floor. Then, they installed our recommended TripleSafe sump pump. Water is now properly guided through the WaterGuard to the TripleSafe, and from there is expelled from the home through the discharge line. Cassie is pleased with the results of the project and is confident she chose the best solution for her home.
