TripleSafe Sump Pump Installed in Sacred Heart, MN

Challenge

Wayne H. in Sacred Heart, MN contacted American Waterworks after finding us in the local phone book. He had water seeping into his basement, and he discovered that we offer FREE estimates. We sent one of our Design Specialists, Eric Hazelton, to meet with Wayne, inspect his home, and develop a custom designed solution for his home. Wayne was impressed with our products and Eric’s presentation, so he scheduled the project.

Solution

Our Foreman, Jose Castillo, and his production crew installed a feed line and our recommended TripleSafe sump pump, which is backed by three levels of protection. For normal functioning, the TripleSafe has a Zoeller ⅓ horsepower sump pump set at the lowest level. For heavy volumes of water or in case of primary pump failure, a second, Zoeller ½ hp pump will take over. In case of a power outage, our UltraSump battery backup sump pump, set at the highest level, will pump 11,500 gallons or more on a fully charged battery. Wayne was impressed with the quick installation and is confident in his new TripleSafe sump pump!
