WaterGuard and SuperSump Installed in Lismore, MN

Challenge

Lisa D. in Lismore, MN came across an American Waterworks booth at the Radio Works home and Lifestyle Show in Worthington, MN. She met our System Design Specialist, Dylan Woitas, and expressed her interest in our basement waterproofing services. Dylan happily set an appointment with her to evaluate the situation. After his inspection, Dylan was able to recommend a unique combination of our waterproofing products. Lisa approved of the plan and moved forward with the installation.

Solution

Our Foreman, Cory Sather, and his production team began the project by removing the Sheetrock and concrete around the perimeter of the basement in order to gain access to the foundation footing. Next, they placed sections of WaterGuard within the trench, resting on a bed of drainage stone. Then, they installed our SuperSump sump pump and CleanSpace vapor barrier along the walls. The CleanSpace directs any water seepage coming through the wall down into the drainage system, and its bright white appearance makes great use of the available lighting. Water is now properly guided through the WaterGuard to the sump pump. From there, the water is expelled from the home through the discharge line. Lisa was impressed with the quick installation, and we are happy we could help restore value to her home!
