Wet Basement Restored in Belview, MN

Challenge

Sandi W. in Belview, MN came across our booth at the Redwood Falls KLGR Home Show. She was interested in our waterproofing products, and our Design Specialist, Jeremy Radtke, was happy to explain our complete waterproofing solution and walk through the entire process. She was impressed with our products and presentation, so she chose to move forward with installing our waterproofing system in her home.

Solution

Our Foreman, Edgar Miranda, and his production team started the installation of our waterproofing system by removing the concrete around the perimeter of the basement floor to create a trench for the WaterGuard drainage system and the sump pump. They installed the CleanSpace vapor barrier along the basement walls to keep out moisture and to prevent from potential mold growth. Then, they installed the TripleSafe sump pump and WaterGuard drainage system, which connects to the sump pump. Water is now properly guided through the WaterGuard into the sump pump, and then expelled from the home through the discharge line. Since the installation, Sandi has been able to enjoy a dry, healthier basement!
