Basement Leaking in Randolph, MN
Challenge
Carrie and William of Randolph, MN had water seeping in their basement and they wanted to have equipment installed that could prevent it from continuing to happen. They called American Waterworks to see if we could help them with their problem. Our Design Specialist, Chad Johnson, came out to their home for a Free Estimate to inspect the problem and come up with a solution. After examining everything, and writing up a proposal, Carrie and William happily approved and scheduled a date for installation.
Solution
Our foreman, Raul Barroso, and his production team started the process by installing our TripleSafe Sump Pump System in the basement, which is a sump pump that offers three levels of protection for any leaking hazards and is also the most efficient sump pump on the market. Then, they connected a discharge line from the sump pump to their next installation of the IceGuard System. The IceGuard serves as another protection block outside of the home and keeps water away from the foundation. These three waterproofing systems saved Carrie and William's basement, and both of them were very glad that American Waterworks was able to help them when they and their basement needed it most!
