Leaking Basement Repaired in Lafayette, MN
Challenge
Homeowners in Lafayette, MN had an existing sump pump that wasn't strong or efficient enough to keep water out of their basement. They were continuously experiencing water seepage when snow melted. They went to their local home show and saw American Waterworks there with some information about their waterproofing products. The homeowners met our Design Specialist, Chad Johnson, and told him about their problems. After an in-depth conversation, Chad went to their home within a couple days and inspected the issue. The homeowners were confident in Chad's proposal so they followed through with the project.
Solution
Our Foreman, Jose Castillo, and his production team broke out the concrete around the homeowners' pre-existing sump pump and replaced it with our SuperSump Sump Pump System, designed to keep basements dry for extended periods of time. Our team covered the gaps with rock and reapplied new concrete. The homeowners were thrilled, and are still so happy with the project!
