Basement Waterproofing in Oak Park, MN
Challenge
Collin S. of Oak Park, MN had water severely leaking in his basement causing major safety concerns. He searched online and saw that American Waterworks specializes in basement waterproofing so he got on the schedule for a FREE Estimate. Our Design Specialist, Ben Fort, went to his home to inspect the problem and come up with a solution. Collin was comfortable with Ben's proposal, so he went ahead with the project.
Solution
Our Foreman, Kiko Pena, and his production team began the installation by breaking out the concrete around the floor perimeter to form a trench, as well as diagonally down the middle for the feed line. In the trench, our crew installed our WaterGuard System, which is made to collect wall seepage and prevent water clogs. Next, our team installed our CleanSpace Wall System, which is made to prevent mold or humidity from invading the basement walls. Lastly, our team installed our TripleSafe Sump Pump System, which provides three levels of water protection to keep basements safe and dry. To complete the installation, Kiko and his crew filled the open gaps with rock and re-applied the concrete. Collin was amazed with the work completion, and couldn't be more happy with his basement!
