Basement Repaired in Fargo, ND
Challenge
Don and Lillian M. of Fargo, ND were experience water leakage and bowed foundation walls in their basement, causing them to worry about the stability and value of their home. They went to the Fargo Remodeling Expo and met with our Design Specialist, Rick Weber, and decided to schedule a FREE Estimate for him to inspect their problems and come up with solutions. Don and Lillian were confident with Rick's proposal, so they moved forward with the project.
Solution
Our Foreman, Matt Zeller, and his production crew began the project by jack hammering the concrete floor perimeter to form a trench. Next, Matt and his team installed five of our PowerBrace Foundation Repair products, which are made to sustain bowing walls and straighten them over time. Lastly, our crew installed our WaterGuard System in the trench, which acts as an underground drain and collects wall seepage. To complete the project, Matt and his team filled the open gaps with rock and replaced the concrete. Don and Lillian were amazed by the outcome, and were thankful they ran into American Waterworks at their local home show!
