Leaking Basement Repaired in Eden Valley, MN
Challenge
Reeny and Maureen in Eden Valley, MN had water leaking into their basement, making them worry about the support and protection of their home. They didn't want to encounter any mold or humidity problems either. After doing some research on the web, they came across American Waterworks. Reeny called our office line to schedule a FREE Estimate. Our Design Specialist, Dylan Woitas, went to their home to inspect the problem and come up with a solution. Reeny and Maureen got all their questions answered, so they went ahead with the project.
Solution
Our Foreman, Edgar Miranda, and his production team began the project by cutting out the concrete basement floor perimeter, forming a trench. In the trench, our team installed 64 feet of our WaterGuard Drainage System. Our WaterGuard serves as an underground drain, prevents water clogs, and collects water seepage from basement walls. It is one of the most efficient waterproofing repair products that we provide for our customers. To complete the installation, Edgar and his team covered the open gaps with rock and replaced the concrete. Reeny and Maureen were thrilled with the work and had a remarkable experience from start to finish!
