Solution
Our Foreman and his production team began the project by breaking out the concrete floor perimeter, forming a trench. In the trench, our team installed our WaterGuard System, which serves as an underground drain, is made to prevent water clogs, and collects water seepage from basement walls. Next, our team installed our TripleSafe Sump Pump System. Our TripleSafe provides three levels of protection and solves all three basement water problems in one system. Thirdly, our team installed our CleanSpace Wall System Vapor Barrier around the wall perimeter. Our CleanSpace is made to prevent humidity, mold, and mildew, it covers divots and holes, and it gives the basement a neat and clean appearance. Lastly, our team covered the open gaps with rock and replaced the concrete. To complete the project, our crew set up our SaniDry XP Upright Dehumidifier in the corner. Our SaniDry XP Dehumidifier is the ideal choice and can be easily stored in a corner or a closet. The homeowner was extremely satisfied with the project and their peace of mind has been restored!
