WaterGuard Installed in Leaking Basement in Warren, MN

Challenge

A homeowner in Warren, MN had water leaking through their floor in their basement, causing them to worry about their home repair needs. They wanted something that fit their budget, so they got in contact with our office line and scheduled a FREE Estimate with one of our Design Specialists. Our Design Specialist went to their home, examined the problem, and came up with a solution of our WaterGuard Drainage System. After a thorough explanation of our WaterGuard and what it does, the homeowner was comfortable with the solution, so they went ahead and scheduled an installation date.

Solution

Our Foreman and his crew began the project by breaking out the concrete floor perimeter with a jackhammer, forming a trench. In the trench, our crew installed our WaterGuard. Our WaterGuard serves as an underground drain that connects with the sump pump, it prevents water clogs by staying out of the mud zone, and it collects water seepage from basement walls. To complete the project, our team covered the open gaps with rock and applied new concrete. The project took less than a day, and the homeowner was happy with the results!
