Solution
Our Foreman and his production team started the project by breaking out the concrete, rotted floor with a jackhammer. In replacement, our crew applied gravel, river rock, and sand to the open space. Around the floor perimeter, our team installed our WaterGuard System, which serves as an underground drain, prevents water clogs, and collects water seepage from basement walls. In connection to the WaterGuard, our team installed our TripleSafe Sump Pump System, which is the best and most reliable sump pump that we provide for homeowners. It offers three levels of water protection and solves all three problems in one system. Lastly, our crew installed our CleanSpace Wall Vapor Barrier around the entire wall perimeter. Our CleanSpace is made to prevent humidity and mold build-up, cover any big holes or divots, and it gives the space a clean and neat appearance. To complete the project, our Foreman and his crew applied new concrete over the entire ground space, making sure the basement was much cleaner than when they found it.
