Basement Waterproofed in Saint Joseph, MN

Solution

Our Foreman and his production crew began the installation by breaking out the concrete floor perimeter forming a trench. In the trench, our team installed our WaterGuard Drainage System, which is the most common drainage system we provide for homeowners. By installing the drain at this point, it is kept out of the mud zone, which is where drains clog most often. It is the most popular because of its resistance to clogs, its easy-to-access service ports, and its ability to collect leaking water from basement walls. To complete the installation, our team covered the open gaps with river rock and applied new concrete. The homeowner was very satisfied with the work and had a great experience!
