Basement flooding is a problem that can be solved quickly and since it is quite the investment, it is worth your time to learn which options will work best for you.

Don R. of Boyd, WI had water seeping into his basement through his foundation walls, making him nervous about flooding and other water damages. He saw an American Waterworks commercial on television, so he called our office line to get more information about our services. After a thorough explanation of our basement waterproofing repair products, Don scheduled a FREE Estimate with our Design Specialist, Chad Johnson. Chad went to his home, inspected his basement leaks, and came up with a solution that fit his needs. Don got all of his questions answered and felt comfortable with Chad's presentation, so he followed through with the project.

Solution

Our Foreman, Hugo Sanchez, and his production team began the project by breaking out the concrete floor perimeter with a jackhammer, forming a trench. In the trench, our team installed our WaterGuard System, which is an underground drainage system that prevents water clogs and collects water seepage from basement walls. Next, our crew installed our CleanSpace Wall Vapor Barrier, which prevents humidity and mold, acts as an extra wall protectant, and covers any divots or holes found in the wall. To complete the installation, Hugo and his team covered the open gaps with river rock and applied new concrete over it. Don was happy with the repairs and had a great experience!
