He found an American Waterworks advertisement in his phone book, so he called our office line to get some information about our products. Jared went to his home, inspected his wall and water damages, and came up with a solution that fit his needs and budget. Bob was confident in Jared's three-part design, so he went ahead with the project and scheduled a date for installation.
Solution
Our Foreman, Jeromy Anderson, and his production team began the project by breaking out the concrete floor perimeter, forming a trench. In the trench, our team installed our WaterGuard Drainage System, which is made to prevent water clogs, collect seeping water from basement walls, and act as an underground drain. Next, our team cut out the moisturized section below the window, and installed our Wellduct Window Drain, which guides the leaking water into the WaterGuard. Lastly, our crew installed our SuperSump Plus M53 Sump Pump in the corner of the basement, in connection to the WaterGuard, providing a quick and efficient exit for water to go. To complete the installation, Jeromy and his crew filled the open gaps with river rock and applied new concrete over it. Bob was ecstatic with the repairs and his peace of mind was finally restored!
