Chuck and Cynthia D. of Cosmos, MN had water leaking from their existing windows, causing them to worry about water damage and flooding hazards. They went on Google and searched for basement waterproofing repairs in his service area. He came across American Waterworks and saw that we provide FREE Estimates for all of our services. He called our office staff and scheduled an estimate with one of our Design Specialists. Our Design Specialist went to their home, examined their problem, and came up with the solution of our EverLast Replacement Windows. Solution
Our Foreman, Jose Castillo, and his production team began the project by introducing him and his crew to Chuck and Cynthia and answering any last-minute questions that they had. Next, our crew went to the basement and cut out the existing windows and replaced them with our EverLast Replacement Windows. These windows are energy-efficient, vinyl-framed, double-paneled, and steel-framed. They are designed to replace rotting, outdated steel and wood-framed basement windows, and provide the basement with much more sunlight. To finish the installation, Jose and his team made sure that Cynthia and Chuck were happy with the repairs and left the basement looking neater than when they found it!
