Vicki and Duey of Saint Ansgar, IA had a wet basement and wanted new concrete poured to make the space look neater and cleaner. They went online and researched basement waterproofing services in their area and they came across our website. They saw that we provide free estimates, so they called our office line and scheduled a free, on-site inspection with our Design Specialist, Hector. Hector went to their home, carefully inspected the basement and the work they needed done, and drew out a solution that would work for them and their budget. They were confident in Hector's proposal of our concrete replacement, so they signed Hector's proposal, wrote out a deposit check, and went ahead with the installation project.
Solution
Our Foreman, Jeromy, and his production team began the project by breaking out the concrete of the desired space the homeowners wanted replaced. Bucket by bucket, our crew carried the old concrete upstairs and to their truck. Once that part was completed, our team filled the entire space with pea gravel, ensuring the space was level and smooth. To complete this part of the project, Jeromy and his team mixed new concrete and applied it over the pea gravel. The space looked much neater than when they found it, and Vicki and Duey could not believe the transformation from start to finish!
