Solution
Our Foreman and his production team began the project by introducing themselves to the homeowner and making sure all of her questions were answered. After a clear introduction, our team went down to the basement and jackhammered out the concrete floor perimeter, forming a trench that looked like a waterway. In the trench, our team installed 140 feet of our WaterGuard. Our WaterGuard is a very common basement waterproofing product because of its easily accessible service ports, it collects water seepage from basement walls, and it prevents any mud or water clogs.
After a couple of days of breaking out concrete and installing, our team completed the project by filling the open-floor gaps with river rock and pea gravel and applied a new layer of concrete on top of them. The space looked much neater than when they found it and the homeowner's peace of mind was restored!
