Solution
Our Foreman, Ryan, and his production team began the project by introducing themselves to the homeowner and ensuring all of their questions were answered. After a thorough introduction, our team began the project by covering the homeowner's belongings with plastic wrapping. From there, our team broke out the concrete floor perimeter with a jackhammer, forming a trench. In the trench, our crew installed our WaterGuard Below-Floor Drain, which serves as an underground drainage system that collects water seepage from basement walls and prevents water and mud clogs. Our WaterGuard Below-Floor Drain works hand in hand with our sump pumps to pump water out efficiently. To complete the project, our team filled the open-floor gaps with river rock and applied new concrete over them. Ryan performed a thorough walkthrough with the homeowner after the project to ensure they were happy with the work that was done and in case they had any follow-up questions.
