Humid Basement Gets Fixed in Mayville, ND

Challenge

Rhonda from Mayville, ND was experiencing a more humid than normal basement. Because of the increased humidity, Rhonda was noticing that the space felt damp, and was accompanied by a musty smell and mold. She was afraid that if she left the issue unresolved, she would run the risk of creating a moisture problem that would be more expensive to fix down the road. Solution

A few weeks later, Ian made his out to the property. Once he completed his walkthrough, he made his recommendation. He wanted to use our AprilAire dehumidifier to address the issue. He explained to Rhonda that this was the best solution because of its unmatched energy efficiency, and ability to create healthy air and reduce the number of viable viruses in the air to less than 1% in two days' time when set to 50% relative humidity.
