Wet Basement Gets Transformed in Forman, ND

Challenge

Sandra, from Forman, ND got in contact with us when she began to notice that there was standing water in her basement. She was unsure of where the water was coming from and wanted to address the issue before it could do more damage. She did research about companies in the area who could help and came across ours. We were able to set her up with our FREE estimate, entitling her to a FREE thorough inspection by a member of our Design Specialist team. A few weeks later, our Design Specialist, Richie, headed out to the property to conduct his inspection. Once he completed, he had three recommendations for Sandra. 

Solution

First, Richie wanted to use our CleanSpace to address water entering through the wall. Richie explained that our CleanSpace is a 100% waterproof plastic barrier that gets installed right onto the problem walls, and works to catch water entering the space through cracks and holes in the wall, redirecting it downward and into Richie's second recommendation, our WaterGuard french drainage system. Richie went on to say that our WaterGuard is an inconspicuous below-floor drain that sits atop the foundation footing, but out of the mud-zone where other drains tend to clog. The WaterGuard redirects any water entering through the floor, or CleanSpace, and redirects it to an external disposal site. Richie wanted to use our TripleSafe  as that disposal site. Sandra agreed with Richie's recommendations and work began a few months later. 

Our Foreman, Cameron, and his team worked to install all the necessary products. In the end, they installed 50 ft of our WaterGuard and CleanSpace, along with 1 TripleSafe pump. Now Sandra can enjoy her space without worrying about water intrusion!
