Basement Sump Receives Upgrade in Adams, ND

Challenge

Andy, from Adams, ND was worried about the moisture and humidity in his home and wanted a more functional, dry basement space. He wasn't sure of the best approach to take to make this happen, so he called our team to claim his FREE estimate. Design Specialist Ian then headed out to her property to complete our inspection. Once he finished the walkthrough, Ian showed Andy why she needed a better way to filter the moisture and keep it outside her walls. Andy was confident in the proposal and got all of his questions answered, so he signed the contract and set up a date for the installation.

Solution

Our Crew, lead by our Foreman Tanner, installed our WaterGuard System. Our WaterGuard collects water leakage from basement walls, serves as an underground drain, and prevents water and mud clogs by staying out of the mud zone. Our crew then installed our CleanSpace Wall System, which prevents mold and humidity, acts as an extra wall protectant, and covers uneven surfaces. Lastly, Tanner and his team updated Andy's sump pump by adding new hardware into the existing super sump and connecting it to the feedline. Specifically, the team used our UltraSump Battery Backup System. In case of a tripped circuit, power outage, or dump failure, this backup system is a heavy-duty battery backup that can pump more than 11,500 gallons of water on full charge. Once installed, to round out the installation, our team filled the old sump pump space with rock, applied new concrete, and ensured the space was left clean, dry, and ready for Andy! Andy was very pleased with the work and was happy to know he no longer had to worry about basement waterproofing problems.
