Cracks Sealed in Grove City, MN

Challenge

Bob, a homeowner in Grove City, MN, was having issues in his basement, as heavy rainfall led to water intrusion. Recognizing that this could lead to even bigger problems, Bob called American Waterworks for a FREE estimate. Our Design Specialist, Shane, traveled to his home to look around. Once he completed his walkthrough, he was ready to recommend a plan to transform the basement into a healthy, clean space. He explained that small cracks in foundation walls are common in homes throughout the Minnesota, North Dakota, Iowa, and Wisconsin area. Usually a side effect of the natural curing process of concrete, these cracks do not threaten the foundation. However, even small cracks in a foundation can be a significant problem if they leak groundwater into your basement or crawl space.

Solution

Bob was glad he reached out and was excited to get started. Our Foreman, Raul, and his crew headed to the basement and got to work. First, they ensured the space was cleared and ready for the demo.
