Water Intrusion in Barney, ND

Challenge

A homeowner in Barney ND, came across puddles of water throughout their basement. Concerned, the homeowner reached out for professional assistance. While considering their options, the homeowner came across American Waterworks FREE estimate and chose to have us come out and take a look. American Waterworks sent out our Design Specialist, Kole, to investigate the problem and propose a solution that the homeowners approved.

Solution

Kole evaluated that the current sump pump was still useable, but required additional support. Furthermore, the homeowner requested that the shower in the basement be demolished. Dylan and his crew successfully installed the WaterGuard Below-Floor French Drain System, tying the current water system, and demolishing the shower.

The crew started by demolishing the shower in the back corner of the basement. Following the demolishing, the crew turned their attention to the sump pump to connect their beaver waterline to their current waterline. Before the job was complete, the crew dug out the channels, placed the WaterGuard, and covered the channels with cement. The basement was left dry and with additional space. The homeowner is delighted with the results and we are happy to solve their concerns.
