Water Seeping Concern in Pembina, ND

A homeowner in Pembina, ND, was concerned with the slight water leakage in their basement. Wanting answers, the homeowners searched for the best waterproofing company. After seeing American Waterworks' high reviews, the homeowners signed up for their FREE estimate. American Waterworks sent out a Design Specialist, Richie, to look into the issue. Solution

Before the crew arrived, the homeowners were asked to remove the sink and toilet in the basement. First, the crew removed the concrete and inspected the home's current system. After checking the system, the crew installed CleanSpace on the exposed wall. The crew cleared the existing system and determined they were going to tie it to the new system. Next, the crew dug near the perimeter of the basement to install the WaterGuard. After the WaterGuard was installed, the SuperSump pump and IceGuard were installed. Lastly, the crew installed a trench drain behind the toilet. The homeowners were impressed by the crews' efforts and felt peace of mind knowing their basement was properly waterproofed.
