Damp Basement Concerns in Cologne, MN

A homeowner in Cologne, MN, grew nervous about the damp spots growing throughout their basement. Looking to permanently solve the issue, the homeowner searched for a superior basement waterproofing company. Many of their neighbors recommended us, American Waterworks, so the homeowners decided to sign up for our FREE estimate. The details were finalized and Eric, one of our Design Specialists, was sent to the home to complete the estimate. After Eric completed the estimate, he suggested that the homeowners fully waterproof their basement. After contemplating their options, the homeowners agreed with Eric's suggestions but only wanted to waterproof the required sections.

Solution

Our Foreman, Arturo, and his crew received the plans and then started to make their way to the home. Upon arrival, the crew started by installing the WaterGuard around the majority of the basement perimeter. Once the WaterGuard was put in place, a feedline was installed across multiple sections of the basement floor. After the feedline was secured, the crew could cover all the new lines to even the concrete floor out again. Next, the crew installed the TripleSafe sump pump and an IceGuard that would tie into the existing waterline. After the crew completed all the waterproofing installations, they cleaned up the job site and proceeded to their next task.
