Crawl Space Makeover in Chanhassen, MN

A homeowner in Chanhassen, MN, sought to give their crawl space a makeover. Wanting a professional to complete the job, the homeowners looked for the best crawl space repair company to complete the task. While scrolling through Facebook, the homeowner came across one of our eye-catching before and afters. Once they saw the quality of our work, the homeowner called our Appointment Center and signed up for their FREE estimate. After the appointment details were finalized, we sent Ryan, one of our Design Specialists, to the home. Ryan completed his detailed inspection and provided a suggested game plan to fix the crawl space. The homeowner contemplated the several versions that Ryan suggested and picked the one that was best for the home. Brian then sent the suggested plans to the assigned crew to prepare.

Solution

Once the crew received the plans, they prepared for the job and made their way to the home. Our Foreman, Brandon, and his crew began the job by clearing all the debris out of the basement. After all the debris is removed, the crew could lay the Drainage Matting on the crawl space floor. In addition to the Drainage Matting, the crew injected Sprayfoam in the joist pockets of the crawl space. The crew then mechanically installed the CleanSpace on all walls and floors of the crawl space. The CleanSpace was installed as a vapor barrier and to prevent mold growth. Finally, the crew installed Foamax on the outside walls of the crawl space. The crew left the crawl space looking brand new.
