Basement Water Intrusion in Wyoming, MN

Challenge

A homeowner in Wyoming, MN, was shocked when they discovered water stains on their basement floor and walls. Knowing this could lead to a bigger issue, the homeowner decided to find the best basement waterproofing company. During their exploration, the homeowner came across our work and was impressed. After doing further research, the homeowner decided to sign up for their FREE estimate. Once the details were set, we set out Jesse, one of our Design Specialists. Once Jesse arrived, he began his evaluation of the basement. Once he completed his evaluation, Jesse suggested that the homeowners properly waterproof their basement to avoid further intrusion. After consideration, the homeowner agreed with Jesse's plans, and the project commenced.

Solution

Our crew arrived at the property and began by prepping the basement for the WaterGuard installation. Per the directions, the WaterGuard, new sump pump, and CleanSpace would be installed in the southern corner of the basement. First, the crew installed the WaterGuard around the perimeter of the basement. Once the WaterGuard was in place, the crew could install the TripleSafe Sump pump and the IceGuard into the water system. Next, the crew mechanically installed CleanSpace onto the walls to prevent any further leaking. Finally, the crew utilized the PolyLevel to lift the sinking stairs in front of the home. The crew finished up production and cleaned the job site. The homeowner was relieved to know that their basement was properly waterproofed and the stairs were no longer sinking.
