A homeowner in Inver Grove Heights, MN, heard a bizarre noise coming from their basement. Upon investigation, the homeowner discovered that their sump pump was making an interesting noise. Knowing that it was around that time to get it replaced, they began searching for a new sump pump. Additionally, the homeowners wanted a professional to install the new sump pump. Solution

Our Foreman, Gustavo, and his crew arrived at the home to replace the sump pump. First, the crew removed the old sump pump and cleaned the site. Once the old sump pump was removed, the crew could put the TripleSafe Sump pump into place. After the crew successfully installed the TripleSafe Sump pump, they shifted their focus to installing the IceGuard on the outside discharge line. The IceGuard system is an anti-freeze fitting that is installed outside of the home to eject water away from the home. Additionally, the IceGuard was tied into the existing exterior buried discharge line. Once the crew installed all the required products, they cleaned up their site and left the home.
