Water Leaking Concerns in Eden Prairie, MN

Challenge

A homeowner in Eden Prairie, MN, noticed their basement walls were affected following a heavy rainstorm. Knowing there could be a larger issue at hand, the homeowner decided to get a professional opinion. With all the options around them, the homeowner was a tad overwhelmed. On their drive home one day, the homeowner noticed the many American Waterworks yard signs throughout their neighborhood. The homeowner did some research and was pleasantly surprised by all the services we offer. While on our website, the homeowner decided to sign up for their FREE estimate. Once the appointment details were settled, we sent Eric, one of our Design Specialists, to inspect the basement. Following his inspection, Eric determined that the home required proper waterproofing. Eric recommended a solution that provided a variety of options for the homeowners. After hearing all of their options, the homeowner agreed upon one of Eric's solutions and he sent the plans to the assigned crew.

Solution

Our Foreman, Jeremiah, and his crew arrived at the home to begin production. To begin the installation, the crew put the WaterGuard into its proper place. The WaterGuard was installed along the entire west wall. Once the WaterGuard was put into its proper place, the crew shifted their focus to installing the SuperSump Plus in the basement. Following the SuperSump plus installation, the crew finished off the waterproofing by installing an IceGuard on the outside discharge line. One of the final products installed was the CleanSpace along the entire west wall. Once the CleanSpace was put into proper place, the crew cleaned up their site and left the home.
