WaterGuard Installed in Buffalo, MN

Challenge

A homeowner in Buffalo, MN, was in their basement when they stepped into a puddle near their washer and dryer. Worried that this signified a larger issue, the homeowner wanted to solve this issue immediately. The homeowner knew we had serviced homes around their neighborhood before, so they took a closer look at our company. Impressed by our previous jobs, the homeowner called our Appointment Center and signed up for their FREE estimate. Once the details were finalized, the homeowner prepared for the arrival of Dylan, one of our Design Specialists. Dylan started the appointment by introducing himself to the homeowner and then began the inspection of the basement. Once he completed the inspection, Dylan determined that the leaking corner needed to be properly waterproofed.

Solution

Dylan recommended that the WaterGuard be placed in the corner of the basement. The homeowner knew that waterproofing needed to be done, so they decided to go along with Dylan's plan. After being approved, the plans were directed to the assigned crew and production commenced. Our Foreman, Arturo, and his crew arrived at the home and began by half demolishing the wall in the corner. Once the walls were ready, the crew could install the WaterGuard in that corner.
