SuperSump+ Installed in Cokato, MN

Challenge

A homeowner in Cokato, MN, found that their sump pump efficiency was dramatically decreasing. Having a feeling that their sump pump was beginning to die, the homeowner wanted to have their concerns confirmed. Knowing we have serviced around their city, the homeowner wanted to take a closer look at our company. After seeing our impressive sump pump line-up and services, the homeowner signed up for their FREE estimate. Once the details were set, the homeowner prepared for the arrival of Ryan, one of our Design Specialists. Ryan arrived at the home to begin the estimate and confirmed that the sump pump needed to be replaced. Since he knew the issue, Ryan recommended that the sump pump be replaced and a feedline installed.

Solution

Knowing this would be a long-term fix, the homeowner agreed with Ryan's suggestions. The plans were then directed to the assigned crew and preparations began. Our Foreman, Francisco, and his crew arrived at the home to begin the installation. First, they took out the old sump pump and dug a channel for the feedline. Then, they placed the new sump pump, the SuperSump+, in its correct position. Next, the crew connected the feedline to the new sump pump. Additionally, the crew installed an IceGuard on the outside discharge line. After all the products were installed, the crew cleaned up their site and left the home.
