Delano, MN, Sump Pump Replaced

A homeowner in Delano, MN, began hearing odd noises coming from their basement. After investigating, the homeowner discovered the noise was coming from their sump pump. Knowing this was not a good sign, the homeowner decided to have an expert inspect the status of the sump pump. The homeowner asked around their neighborhood for any recommendations, and American Waterworks kept getting brought up. The homeowner saw we offered FREE estimates, so they decided to call our Appointment Center and sign up for theirs. Once the estimate was set, we sent one of our Design Specialists, Dylan, to the home. Once Dylan arrived, he began inspecting the sump pump and basement. Dylan confirmed that the sump pump needed to be replaced, so he recommended that the TripleSafe be installed.

Solution

Knowing this would be the best option for them, the homeowner agreed. Our Foreman, Gustavo, and his crew were assigned to complete the project. When they arrived, the crew began by removing the old sump pump. Once the old sump pump was removed, they could put the TripleSafe sump pump into place. The TripleSafe is one of the most reliable pumping systems. Next, the crew dug and installed a buried discharge line outside the home. Additionally, the crew installed an IceGuard on the discharge lines. The IceGuard is our anti-freeze fitting that ejects water away from the foundation in case the discharge line freezes or becomes clogged. After the IceGuard was installed, the crew wrapped up production and left the home. The homeowners were thankful for the wonderful work completed by the crew.
