TripleSafe and IceGuard Installed in Hutchinson, MN

Challenge

A homeowner in Hutchinson, MN, was scrolling through their emails when they received a reminder that their annual maintenance appointment was coming up. Quickly after, the homeowner contacted our Appointment Center and signed up for the annual maintenance. Once the appointment was set, the homeowner awaited Jack, one of our Service Technicians. After Jack arrived, he greeted the homeowner and began his inspection of the basement. Jack found that their sump pump was not acting right and it was making odd noises. Jack alerted the homeowner of his findings, but he also provided them with a solution to stop the issue from worsening.

Solution

Jack recommended that the sump pump be replaced with the TripleSafe sump pump. After letting the homeowner know this is the best sump pump out there, they agreed with Jack's solution. Once they received the okay, the plan was sent to our Foreman, Gabriel, and his crew. When they arrived, the crew started by taking out the old sump pump. The IceGuard system is an anti-freeze fitting that is installed outside of your home and ejects water away from your foundation.
