Water Concerns in Champlin, MN

Challenge

A homeowner in Champlin, MN, grew concerned due to finding water stains in their basement. Wanting to solve the issues before spring, the homeowner began reaching out to several experts for assistance. After searching through multiple companies, the homeowner came across our website and was impressed with our basement waterproofing products. Since they were already on our website, the homeowner signed up for their FREE estimate. When the estimate was finalized, one of our Design Specialists, Jesse, traveled to the home. When Jesse arrived, he greeted the homeowner and began the in-depth inspection. Jesse wrapped up the inspection and confirmed that the northeast edge of the basement was leaking water.

Solution

To stop the water from leaking further, Jesse recommended that multiple waterproofing products be installed. The homeowner agreed with Jesse's recommendations and the plans were sent to the production crew. Our Foreman, Crescencio, and his crew arrived at the home to start the project. First, Crescencio and the crew installed the WaterGuard in the northeast corner of the basement. The WaterGuard is a patented below-floor drain that rests in a bed of drainage stone on top of the foundation footing. After the WaterGuard was installed, the crew shifted their focus to installing the SuperSump in the closet. The SuperSump is engineered to keep basements healthy and dry for extended periods. To finish up the project, the crew installed the IceGuard on the outside discharge line. The IceGuard is an anti-freeze fitting that is installed outside your home and ejects water away from the foundation. The crew finished the project and left the home.
