Challenge

A homeowner in Worthington, MN, discovered water near the edge of their basement walls. Alarmed by this discovery, the homeowner wanted an expert's opinion. While doing some investigating on the internet, the homeowner found our website. The homeowner was impressed by our waterproofing service, so they signed up for their FREE estimate. After finalizing the estimate details, we sent one of our Design Specialists, Eric, to investigate the basement. Eric arrived at the home and began looking at the foundation walls. Eric determined these walls were struggling and needed to be attended to before they worsened.

Solution

Eric proposed a solution that would stabilize and straighten the homeowner's walls. Knowing this was their best option, the homeowner agreed and production commenced. Our Foreman, Jeremiah, and his crew were assigned to complete the project, so they packed up their materials and went to the home. Once they arrived, the crew began by inserting the WaterGuard around the perimeter of the basement. As soon as the WaterGuard was dug and installed, the crew could replace the sump pump with the SuperSump+. Next, the crew dug a feedline to connect to the SuperSump+. Outside the home, the crew attached an IceGuard on the discharge line. Once all the products were installed, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home.
