Water Threat Eliminated in Jackson, MN

Challenge

A homeowner in Jackson, MN, had worked with us in the past and knew it was time to schedule their annual maintenance appointment. Not wanting to push it off even further, the homeowner called our Appointment Center and scheduled their appointment with one of our Service Technicians, Darin. A few days later, Darin traveled to the home to begin the annual service appointment. Darin made sure all the previously installed products were running smoothly. However, he noticed signs of water intrusion in the basement. After Darin made this discovery, he alerted the homeowner and came up with a solution.

Solution

Darin recommended installing the WaterGuard, our below-floor drain system, around the perimeter of the basement. Additionally, Darin recommended replacing their current sump pump, due to it being run down. Since they trust our company, the homeowner agreed with Darin's recommendations. The plans were directed to our Foreman, Kiko, and his crew. Kiko and the crew arrived at the home to start the project. First, the crew installed the WaterGuard around the perimeter of the basement. Once the WaterGuard was installed, the crew took out the old sump pump and replaced it with the SuperSump+, a sump pump engineered to keep basements dry and healthy. Finally, the crew dug a feedline to connect the SuperSump+ with the WaterGuard. After all the products were installed, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home.
