Feedline and WaterGuard Installed in Dodge Center, MN

Challenge

A homeowner in Dodge Center, MN, was inspecting their home following a heavy rainstorm when they came across wet spots throughout their basement. Worried about the possible damage, the homeowner knew they needed a professional to inspect their basement. After a quick search, the homeowner found our website and was impressed by our waterproofing services. The homeowner called our Appointment Center and signed up for their FREE estimate. Soon after the estimate was set, the homeowner prepared for the arrival of one of our Design Specialists, Dustin. Once he arrived, Dustin introduced himself to the homeowner and began his detailed basement inspection. Near the edges of the basement, Dustin found the source of the sneaking water.

Solution

Once Dustin discovered the source of the water intrusion, he could provide the homeowner with a solution. Dustin recommended installing the WaterGuard around the entire perimeter of the basement. The WaterGuard is our most widely used, award-winning drain system. Knowing this was their best option, the homeowner decided to go ahead with Dustin's recommendations. The plans were then directed to the assigned crew and production commenced. Our Foreman, Kiko, and his crew were assigned to complete the task. Kiko and his crew arrived at the home and started by preparing the basement for the installation. Once the plastic protective wrap was arranged, the crew began by digging the channels around the basement. Once the channels were dug, the crew put the WaterGuard in place and covered it up with cement. In addition to the WaterGuard, the crew dug a feedline to connect to the existing sump pump. Kiko and his crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. The homeowner was given peace of mind knowing their home was properly waterproofed.
