Full Basement Waterproofing in Harmony, MN
Challenge
A homeowner in Harmony, MN, was worried about the status of their basement after discovering water stains. Unsure of what caused this issue, the homeowner knew they needed to reach out for assistance. Since they worked with us previously, the homeowners knew they could trust our services. The homeowner called our Appointment Center and they made their FREE estimate. Once the estimate was set, we sent one of our Service Technicians, Clay, to inspect the issues. Clay introduced himself to the homeowner and started his analysis of the basement. Clay determined that the basement required additional waterproofing, so he proposed a plan that would do so.
Solution
Clay suggested replacing the sump pump and installing a draining system. Wanting to solve this issue for good, the homeowner agreed. Clay's proposal was sent to our Foreman, Raul, and his crew. After they arrived at the home, Raul and his crew started by installing the WaterGuard, a perimeter drain system engineered to fix basement water issues. Once the WaterGuard was secured, the crew took out the old sump pump and replaced it with the TripleSafe. Next, the crew installed the IceGuard, an anti-freeze fitting, on the outside discharge line. Finally, the crew installed Foamax, a polyisocyanurate foam insulation panel, on the basement walls. Once all the products were installed, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home.
